What time zone do you live in? I live in a different time zone. Are available sessions are shown as my time Zone or your time zone?

My time Zone is Sydney in Australia. But no worries. You can choose to view available booking times. When my website system detects that you are not in my time zone, a pop-up appears. Please choose your date and time as "Convert to your local time" Reference: Bookings Across Time Zones in WiX

How do I pay?

When you try to book your lesson, HanaSky booking system will automatically redirect you to PayPal. PayPal is a a secured worldwide online payments system. This way we don’t need to share our bank details.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please try not to cancel your lesson as you can reschedule your lesson. Cancellation Policy is here.

Do I need to book and pay my lessons in advance?

A: Lessons have to be booked in advance. If something comes up, please feel free to amend your booking up to 24 hours before the lesson. If you are approved member of my site, there is no need to contact me directly unless you need my help. If you are not HanaSky member, please contact me by Email or contact form of this website.

Can I book two lessons in a row?

Yes. The booking system will automatically assign a 15 minute break between the 2 lessons.

Can I purchase a lesson package with discount price?

Yes. You can get discount in the package plan. Please check here.

Are you Korean or Japanese!?

I am a Japanese native speaker, lived South Korea for 12 years and fluent in Korean. You can find out about me here.

Do you speak English?

Yes! I speak English fluently as well. I am Australian citizen, lives in Sydney.

Can I try a lesson for free?

I am afraid no longer free. If you feel unsecured, feel free to ask me questions via contact. For booking a trial lesso, you can just pick available sessions from here.

Do I need to sign up (be a member) to make bookings?

No. You can book your lesson without membership.
If you become a member of the HanaSky website, you can reschedule your lesson by yourself before 24 before your lesson.

What is the tutor's phone number? Can I have it?

If you become face to face lesson student, you will have my phone number, otherwise please contact me by contact form or Email. You will have my Email address, once the booking has been confirmed.

Is your business registered? Will you give me legitimate receipts?

Yes. My business is registered in Australia. I have my Australian Business Number (ABN) and Working With Children Check (WWCC). You will receive receipts when you paid lesson fees. HanaSky website does not show my business details as I am trying to protect myself from scam emails and cold calls. You will have my business details and contact, once you start having lessons with me. Or you can request me to provide those via contact form.
